We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 3 days before your appointment begins. You will be charged a cancellation fee if you do not.
Unfortunately, we have had to implement a policy of charging a 30% non-refundable cancellation fee. This addresses the challenges posed by last-minute appointment cancellations. It also tackles issues with time-wasting “tire kickers.” We need a card to be securely held and encrypted through Square on-file. This encourages customers to commit to their appointments and it reduces the likelihood of cancellations. Such cancellations can disrupt our scheduling and negatively impact our business. This policy enables us to give reliable and efficient service to our valued customers while maintaining a sustainable business model.
Registering a valid card is necessary to self-book, and late cancellations incur 30% non-refundable cancellation fee.
